    I know this is Cinemasins and the books don't matter, but in the book, Wen dies when Leonard and Eric are struggling for the gun. When that breaks the rules of it being a willing sacrifice, everybody gives up trying to stop the apocalypse. My point is that's a better ending.

    I always find these faith-based decisions so silly. In the Old Testament, God sent literal angels whose divine nature was readily apparent. He didn't send little Shekem Jr. from down the riverbank, with nothing but a "Trust me guy," and a vague threat.

    From the moment Bautista arrived on screen he had me mesmerised. He played his small role in BR 2049 well and made me take notice, but in this! Wow! His performance is brilliant.
