    You're young. Take your time. Explore the area. Maybe find something that doesn't flood💁‍♀️
    I believe Nate has said you can stay as long as you want. If you're unsure, maybe rent some land from Nate 💁‍♀️ Don't jump in head first until you test the waters. Talk more about it with Nate. For his dream, it took a long time, and he almost lost it too. Like I said before, Nate is a valuable resource. Don't be afraid to use it.

    Will. I'm one of your internet grandma's that came from Nate's Memberships channel. I also watched several of your Mexico vids just before that. This was a Great video Will!!! Your personality is blooming. It was a pleasure to watch. You kept the language clean, which made it good clean vicdo for our grandchildren and I love that. I've watched you work hard - being in misery, grow personally, learn a lot, destroy stuff, build stuff, find a mentor and great friend that in time (if not already) I see becoming family. You, Jesse. Nate and Jen just fit like the lost pieces of a puzzle. Nate can help teach you so much that will last you a lifetime.
    I Love Aso when he was on his back smiling up at (whom ever was shooting the clip) and his ear flipped back. Really a pretty dog 🐕 They both are. If you choose to pur haze the back of this property I'd insist on having two seperate driveways to the property. One for the school and one for you. I do worry about the outdoor kitchen in a flood area and closer to mice and critters. I believe you need cats before chickens. That's my 2 cents. Best of luck on all you do!     I think you should go for it Will. Buy,buy,buy! West Virginia is absolutely beautiful country. You won't regret it. And the people are usually awesome. Down home country people.     18:52 This is what I was hoping you would end up doing, ever since you were in New Mexico talking about moving to Alaska. A trip/ few months surviving there would be a challenge in its self. So glad you thought a little more about not bringing the doggos, for the bears see them as a threat and it would not end well unfortunately.     Great idea getting the property will. It's in Appalachia which is crazy fertile soil so you can grow almost everything and there is a ton of wood. That fruit you filmed earlier was paw paw which is delicious. It be a great home base where you can keep everything, taxes are cheap in West Virginia you'll probably only pay like a few hundred a year. There's so much to explore too like hikes, waterfalls, mountain summits. Plus because you're a internet celebrity you could air BNB your cabin while your off adventuring and make money. Plus Nate could teach you so much, just having him around to pick his brain is awesome.

    I think you need to keep doing what your doing, but do not buy that land , sounds good and all but it's nothing more than a flood land and also power lines probably isn't such a good thing to have hovering over your head each day !!! Save your money still do what you can for nate, but get yourself a nice property to were you can come back from alaska, maybe build even cooler things with lucky !! Good luck my friend , i am on your side on any decision you make but just think about it !! Love you dude !

    If you buy anything make sure you can atleast make a little money off it if you sell it. If you buy it and the flooding is way worse than you thought, you might lose money trying to sell it.

    BUY that 1/2 acre from Nate, then you have a foundation, a HOME and you can dream and venture out. Eventually you may wish to live in a much nicer state - better weather, less bugs, easier for the dogs and to raise both animals for food and gardens, etc. IF I was starting out, I might look to Wyoming or Montana, in that area for a lot of reasons.
