good hustle too
I believe Nate has said you can stay as long as you want. If you're unsure, maybe rent some land from Nate 💁♀️ Don't jump in head first until you test the waters. Talk more about it with Nate. For his dream, it took a long time, and he almost lost it too. Like I said before, Nate is a valuable resource. Don't be afraid to use it.
I Love Aso when he was on his back smiling up at (whom ever was shooting the clip) and his ear flipped back. Really a pretty dog 🐕 They both are. If you choose to pur haze the back of this property I'd insist on having two seperate driveways to the property. One for the school and one for you. I do worry about the outdoor kitchen in a flood area and closer to mice and critters. I believe you need cats before chickens. That's my 2 cents. Best of luck on all you do! Love from a young grandma.
Edit * Get the 1 acre property from Nate. You would OWN it , absolutely worth it!
I've been kind of hoping you decide to stay a little longer in that area to give yourself a good home base before Alaska.
If you have one that you have done earlier on i'll look for it.
Good people around you makes a place home..
And it's an investment to boot
