    If this clip represents the overall acting throughout this film, then, no thank you. Don't get me wrong. I like the actors I am familiar with . . . but c'mon!

    This movie is going to give Groff so much recognition… recognition that he deserves. He is phenominal. I’ve grown up with him and his family for my entire life. Love them all and so proud of him 🤍

    That would be the roughest part of being in the invaders position. You know that it is unlikely they would chose to sacrifice themselves(Short of being self haters, or being in a rough patch of their relationship), but as Rupert Grint's character said, you wouldn't blame them for not wanting to.

    I would refuse too. Why should I care if the world burns or not, if either I or somebody in MY family ‘needs to’ die in order to ‘save’ everything and everybody else from the devastation in the world? Why should my family be the ones who lose a loved one, to be a human sacrifice for the world like our lives don’t matter because of whatever reason our family was ‘chosen’ out of the billions in the world? I’m not dying for the world and neither is anybody else in my family. If it were my spouse or child, why the hell should I lose either one, and spend the rest of my life without them in it just so the world can survive?

    Like the guys said, they can’t chose for us and simply kill us anyway in order to get what they need/want. They basically said that the family member who dies needs to be WILLING to die for the world in order for it to work. lol killing the ‘Chosen’ against their wills goes against the rules in permanently stopping the disasters happening the longer they stall.

    Plus what are the chances the kidnappers won’t kill the rest of the family after the sacrifice happens, just to make sure nobody comes seeking revenge for the dead family member? They never said anything about letting what was left of the family go free and unharmed once the ‘willing’ sacrifice was made.
