    While vacationing at a remote cabin, a young girl and her parents are taken hostage by four armed strangers who demand that the family make an unthinkable choice to avert the apocalypse. With limited access to the outside world, the family must decide what they believe before all is lost.

    Another bad British garbage junk propatainment movie impossibly reset into an American setting, like the phony British author of the bad British book, that NO real existing person will ever see or hear of. It doesn't work and it doesn't make sense, especially impossibly set into an American setting of all places, but the movie "industry", propatainment, is famously and notoriously empty and dead so this kind of British transplant fiction doesn't come as a surprise to anyone!!

    This a bloody brilliant film. If u hear anyone bollcksing it or saying shitty ending...it's not at all ..if u love apocalyptic films ull love it...if u love films like strangers or them, or hush or inside or even no vacancy , this film meets all those and more...it's a superb horror that is more thriller , part sci fi, all interest and excitement.. it goes by at a blistering pace with barely a min for u to slip out of the movie, it's a riveter and u will be rivited..I thoroughly enjoyed it, it was best film he made in ages and the reveal at the end was nothing mind-blowing but still had a - didn't think of that - Ending, as said nothing earth shattering like he's a ghost as well. .but still imaginative..I enjoyed this movie more than I thought I would after hearing comment after comment slating it ..if u like films , hell , ull love it...

    Just watched this movie on Peacock and it’s not your typical cabin in the woods type thriller. I haven’t read the book so I didn’t know what to expect if you like apocalyptic movies this won’t disappoint. Definitely kept my interest all the way to the end.

    Batista has outdone himself as a leading actor; for the first time, he's acting without showing his muscles and smashing everything and everyone. I liked it; it's unsettling from beginning to end. Seeing such a mild-mannered Batista it was great company, and the special effects weren't over the top like in Independence Day or The Day After Tomorrow.

    A really good and suspenseful movie.
    Dave Bautista nailed his role absolutely he is an amazing actor and I hope he gets more serious roles from here on out, I will say to anyone expecting a huge twist as M. night Shyamalan is prone to do.. don't expect a huge one.
