I don't know I haven't seen it but I said it was frontrunner for movie of the year. Neck and neck with Oppenheimer.

Do you like any of his movie? Not the biggest fan.. I liked the aesthetics of The Village and the premise was cool but don't think to hard about it. I didn't hate Lady in the Water though I don't remember it so well. And I enjoyed Signs. Unbreakable and Split but thought Glass was a bit of a let down. I found the others I'd seen pretty stupid and he's yet to make a great movie. Maybe someone else should write him a good script and see what we can do just as a director?

Here's why you keep going to see these -- there are vanishingly few filmmakers who are, themselves, the brand and franchise. And he's one of them, deserved or not.

I’ve never see this happen at a movie theater but everyone could be seen gathering their things eager to leave a good 10 minutes before the movie finished. Definitely not a crowd pleasure. It was moronic.

I dislike The Visit as well, but calling it "a movie made by a moron for morons" to describe a creative and fans of the work is a really tactless/pathetic thing to say. If M Night and his fans enjoy his brand of cinema, so be it. Someone's affinity to a specific artistic creation is not a measurement of their intellect. That was a very moronic thing to say.

You're a masochist James. I thought it was alright. It did begin to lose water towards the end. The only saving grace is the couple and their kid. I was rooting for them throughout.
