Love this build of all you have done in 3 years. Would a 12/12 and a 8/12 combo still have enough headroom? I want to place solar on 8/12 side because it's the best angle for it.

Maybe an investment in a lift because you never know when it'll pay for itself with time saved, convenience and safety. Just it's a really good idea to get to and lift materials to those impossible places way up high, especially when roofs are slippery and wet.

I see a bedframe and a wood stove in there. Yay, you're drying it in and then putting on the ice and water shield and then the roof wrap. Wow, I didn't know you'd have to finish off the peak yourself because the trusses couldn't be any taller because of clearances on the road! Nice, drone shot of the floor Chad and Dan put down in the storage room! Thanks for showing your blocks at the top of the rafters too! I like the drive through you did with the drone! I does look cold on your third day. You got the gable end framed in and put the house wrap. Too bad you can't get a lift. Putting the T-111 up. Where is the Z flashing? I guess I see it. Another piece of Z flashing above? It's really called drip cap? Thanks for talking about the cantilever in that you said for every foot of cantilever you have to have 2 feet inside. Great to know! This was a fun video Ken!

Why was plywood used for the walls and roof rather than an OSB product with integral waterproofing? Using plywood which requires also using house and roof wraps seems like more work. Clients choice?
